Flag Service Terms & Conditions
Please review these Pack 92 Flag Service terms before enrollment. They have not been represented as legally reviewed.
Fundraiser
Pack 92 Flag Service is a fundraising activity benefiting Cub Scout Pack 92.
Service
Pack 92 places and retrieves an American flag at the subscribed service address for the designated service holidays during the active service term.
Service Area
Service is available only to addresses approved by Pack 92 within the current Flag Service area. Eligibility may change for future terms. Moving to a new address does not guarantee service at the new address.
Annual Service Term
The Flag Service is sold in 12-month annual service terms.
Price
The base annual service price is $50. Online payments also include the applicable payment-processing fee displayed before checkout.
Automatic Renewal
Online subscriptions automatically renew annually using the authorized PayPal payment method until canceled. Renewal is charged at the then-current service price plus applicable payment-processing fees disclosed for that renewal.
Renewal Reminder
Pack 92 intends to send a reminder approximately 30 days before annual renewal. The customer remains responsible for canceling before renewal if they do not wish to continue.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel future automatic renewal using the secure management link or by contacting Pack 92. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not terminate service already paid for during the current annual term.
Refunds
No refunds or prorated refunds are provided for cancellation during an already-paid annual service term.
Weather / Safety
Flag placement or pickup timing may be adjusted due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, governmental restrictions, or other conditions outside Pack 92's control.
Property Access
The customer authorizes reasonable access to the subscribed property as needed to install, place, retrieve, inspect, or service the flag or base.
Property Conditions
Customers should notify Pack 92 of gates, aggressive pets, irrigation changes, landscaping work, utility work, construction, or access restrictions.
Pack Property
Flags, poles, sleeves, and related installation/service equipment supplied by Pack 92 remain Pack 92 property unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Transactional Communication
Customer agrees to receive service-related emails including payment confirmations, renewal reminders, service updates, cancellation confirmations, and payment problems.
